Delivery Information

Shipping within New Zealand

For shipping within New Zealand, we use Fastway Couriers to send you the products you ordered.

The shipping fees for delivery is NZD$10.00 per shipping for up to 10kg.

Most of your orders will be shipped on the day of the payment. Once we’ve done the shipping for your order we’ll email you the shipping details so you’ll be able to see the status of your shipment by using the Tracking functions in Fastway Couriers Website. Cheers Fishing have the rights to edit, hold or cancel the order according to the stock situation (i.e. Out of Stock), if this happens, we’ll inform you the situations and seek for solutions.

The delivery for your order will require Signature to collect so no one will receive your delivery without your signature, if you are not able to collect the delivery, the courier will leave a card to you to call and you can collect the delivery by yourself or request for redelivery.

The shipping is temporarily within New Zealand only, Overseas shipping is currently not supported.

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on a complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied Cheers Fishing Tackle is not responsible for the situation and shipping cost for returning and the refund will be paid by the buyer.
